Located in Turtle Creek, PA, the buildings and property that now make up Hamilton Hills were purchased from St. Colman’s
Parish in 1989. Following the sale, the former St. Colman’s chapel and convent underwent a full year of renovations.
The chapel was subdivided, and all residents rooms were completely remodeled. Entrances were redesigned to accommodate
people with disabilities. The lower level of the chapel was converted into a service and recreation area. A fire-prevention sprinkler
system also was added to the building.

Renovations to the convent included the addition of the third floor
and large patio. Air conditioning, an elevator and convenient modern appliances were added to the building.

These renovations helped transform the former convent into a modern,
clean, and bright personal care facility overlooking Turtle Creek, PA.
